The RSPBA has revised their rules for roster submissions for bands from outside associations. Previously, changes could be made to rosters up to 14 days prior to the contest regardless of the grades players had played in before. Now, rosters that contain any players changing from higher grade bands to lower grade bands must be submitted at least 42 days prior to their first contest.
