Per the EUSPBA Policy Manual:
All requests for grade changes for the subsequent season sent to the Executive Secretary(zecsec@euspba.org) and received by November 1 will be forwarded to the grading sub-committee for consideration. Requests sent after that date from current members will be returned to the competitor (who will remain in the current grade) with a notification of the proper procedure and the next deadline.
The Music Board requires a recording (or video) for regrading. This is a recording of your current music. The recording can be made anywhere. You may use a recording made during a competition. The November 1st deadline will be strictly adhered to. The only exceptions will be if you made recordings at the Charleston Scottish Games (11.4), the Richmond Highland Games (11.4-5), and the Salado Scottish Games (11.11). All paperwork must be received by the Executive Secretary prior to November 1st. Only recordings from these three contests may be sent after November 1st.
Tenor/Bass Regrading – Ungraded tenor & bass competitors (those who have not yet sent in a grading video since the 2022 change to the tenor and bass grades) are free to submit grading request videos at any time during the year. Competitors who have been graded under the new tenor and bass grading system and are seeking an upgrade should follow the regular grading request process.
