New Recording Secretary

The EUSPBA Executive Committee is happy to announce that Stephanie Valley of Cincinnati, Ohio has been appointed as EUSPBA’s Recording Secretary.  Many of you know Stephanie as the Director of Piping and Drumming at the Ohio Scottish Games.  She also serves as Vice Chairman of the Scottish American Cultural Society of Ohio.  Stephanie is currently a tenor drummer with the Cincinnati Emerald Society Police and Fire Pipes and Drums.  She previously played with the Red Hackle Pipes and Drums and with the 87^th Cleveland Pipe Band.  A Business Controls Analyst in the banking world, Stephanie brings a skill set that is sure to benefit the EUSPBA membership.
