- That the EUSPBA create an “Over 50” category for Grade IV Piping events. We propose that the Association create or amend the events for Grade IV Piping to the following: Grade 14 Jr. (under 17), Grade IV Sr. (over 18) and Grade IV Over 50 (for players over 50 years of age).Submitted by the Southern Branch
- That the EUSPBA consider for 2019 a “pilot program” to restructure minimum sanctioned events offered for Grade 3 and 4 solo drumming by mandating that both 2/4 and QMM selections be offered in Grade 4, and the addition of a Strathspey and Reel opportunity in Grade III. Strathspey and Reel part requirements could be determined as either 2 parted tunes or 4 parted tunes, but at least providing the opportunity for the players to be able to play these idioms for a judge prior to the Grade II level. Submitted by the Southern Branch
- That the EUSPBA institute Regimental Drum Major contests to encourage another aspect of drum majoring as has been done in the WUSPBA. Submitted by the Mid-Atlantic Branch
- Make entry level Grade 5 competitions mandatory in for EUSPBA sanctioning. Submitted by the Mid-Atlantic Branch
- Allow solo MSR contests to be split into separate March and Strathspey & Reel events. Submitted by the Mid-Atlantic Branch

- To change the policy of rotating AGM locations. The AGM will be held in or near the state of EUSPBA’s incorporation and webcast to all members that wish to participate. Submitted by the Mid-Atlantic Branch
- Create an entry level / first year discounted annual membership rate for children and students that are not currently employed, especially for entry levels Grade 5 and Grade 4 solo competition. Submitted by the Mid-Atlantic Branch

- That the membership of the music board be adjusted to reflect the membership and location of EUSPBA Members. Submitted by the Ohio Valley Branch
