Eastern United States Pipe Band Association EUSPBA
The Executive Committee hopes that this will be the start of a piping and drumming series that will allow members to keep their skills sharp over the winter months. A big “thank you” has to go to EUSPBA Recording Secretary Stephanie Valley for running the contests and to the members of the EUSPBA Judges Panel who donated their services. All proceeds went to the EUSPBA Scholarship Fund.
