The EUSPBA 2022 AGM will be held on Saturday, December 3rd. After the success of the last two virtual AGM’s, the Executive Committee has decided to hold the AGM on a single day. At 9:00 a.m. EST (8:00 CST), the meeting will be opened by President Dillahey to be followed by reports from all members of the Executive Committee. There will be opportunity to ask questions of each of the presenters. Also at this time, annual awards will be presented as well as the “official” results of the 2022 EC elections.
After the official results are announced, the new EUSPBA president and EC will take office and conduct the remainder of the meeting. Branch proposals will then be presented. It is the hope of the EC, owing to the virtual format, that the original presenters of proposals at the branch AGM’s will be able to do the same as this time.
