Site Help

The new EUSPBA.org has been released as of July 1, 2007. As with any Web site upgrade, there is a possibility of issues that were not discovered during the testing phase. If you are having difficulties, please contact the Web Major. Your feedback will be very helpful in making our site even better.

We can only react to issues if you include the following information:

  • The exact page you are having problems with (eg, the home page, or http://www.euspba.org/news.aspx (copy/paste from the browser address bar)
  • The type of computer (PC/Mac), the type of browser (Internet Explorer, FireFox, Opera, AOL, etc) and the exact version number of the browser you are using (for most browsers, click the HELP menu, choose ABOUT to find the version number)
  • The exact contents of any error message you are getting. (You can usually copy the message from the browser and paste into your email.)

For best results, you should use the latest version of whichever browser you choose. We recommend using Microsoft Internet Explorer version 7.

Certain older browsers are unable to view the new drop down menu system. If that's the case, you've seen this problem on other Web sites as well. You can upgrade your browser to a version that supports CSS or you can use the SITE MAP that appears to the right on this page.

As always, for any technical issues or comments (positive or negative) about this Web site, please contact the Web Major.
